Dough Lab is an artisanal cookie brand that started in December 2017. It initially sold cookies online before expanding to a physical store in Senopati, South Jakarta. Dough Lab offers a variety of cookies with unique flavors. One of its signature products is "The OG", a classic cookie with chocolate chips and a touch of sea salt. Other popular variants include "The Diva", which features salted caramel, and "The Monster", a uniquely blue-colored cookie. Besides cookies, Dough Lab also offers ice cream variations with cookies and instant coffee beverages.
